I was looking for a Travel Agent and I knew Yulia was one. So I contacted her August 2022 because a group of 20 of us wanted to take a cruise August 2023. We never cruised NCL nor did we ever go out of NYC even though we live in NJ.

Yulia helped us every step of the way. She was very patient and kind. Anytime we had a question she answered quickly and always put our minds at ease. She also had a nice gift for us when we boarded. I would definitely use her again.

Yulia was a dream to work with! She was patient and efficient when dealing with planning our multi family trip to punta cana and not only was she able to check off all our must haves but she exceeded them! Even went as far as to check us in for our return flight when I was having technical difficulties so we didn’t have to wait in line at the airport! She made our trip amazing!!

Yulia is truly a one of a kind Travel agent. We have booked 4 vacations through her and all were amazing. Her expertise in Disney made our trip to Disney in 2018 the most memorable, we had to worry about nothing. If we had questions she was right there on messenger to help and even took a phone call from me from Florida when I didn’t understand the meal plan. She explained it all and made sure I was ok and comfortable with everything before hanging up. She truly goes the extra mile for her clients. I would never book with anyone but her. I have seen her sit on the phone for hours through all the Covid stuff to make sure she took care of her clients through a very frustrating time. It takes a special person to have that much patience.
